Honestly with Maula Jutt we understand that how dialogues and script can take a movie to next level - it is almost like watching sholay where you want to clap each time Noori opens his mouth like Gabbar Singh!! This is what makes character and movies larger than life…

It proves that when a film-maker try to presents context by avoiding simple formula way, people always welcome it.. It also appreciates the producers that cost can be rewarded if you present such innovative ideas.. Kudos to Bilal Lashari and thanks to Film Companion that they appreciate such talent, beyond boundaries limit..
Thats why i love Raja Mouli, Sanjay Leela Bhandali and now Bilal Lashari because they first creat the world, then start the film making.. Don't hire a Banglow and finish shooting in one month.. Film demands some more, something new..

The origins of the Maula Jatt films started with "Veshi Jatt " also spelled "Wehshi Jatt" which was the original of the three Maula Jatt films. Where a Jatt family has a feud with a Malik family. Also a very good watch even though it was in black and white. It is available to watch here on TH-cam for those that maybe interested.

Great year for Pakistani cenima first Joyland won the Cannes and now Maula Jutt becoming first Intl commercial success after Mera naam muhabat hai in 1979 which was super hit China

As a kid who grew up in 90's Pakistan, Maula Jatt and it's genre was looked down upon. Loud, unsophisticated protagonists who were neither "conventionally good looking", nor well spoken. To dabble in this genre for any director with Western sensibilities is a huge 'pagalpan'. Amazing job Bilal! Keep up the good work!

Okay what’s going on with Anupama screaming spoiler alerts in the middle of the interview and revealing major plot points within seconds. This is happening quite a bit now. Started with maja ma review, then with late take for raam Setu and now so abruptly here for a film which is not even released in India
