I reached $138k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you've shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in October 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area. Thanks so much Charlotte Grace Miller.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Charlotte Miller, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
I just switched up my Roth IRA to 50% SCHD, 25% SCHX, 25% SCHG, and my Roth 401k is 70% vanguard S&P 500 index, 20% vanguard growth index, and 10% vanguard international index. Seeking best possible ways to grow $350k into $1m+ before retirement, I'm 55.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
My CFA SOPHIE LYNN CARRABUS a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
The massive surge in Bitcoin highlights growing uncertainty in traditional markets. Stocks are tumbling, bond yields are climbing, yet the markets remain skeptical that the Federal Reserve will follow through on its commitment to aggressively raise interest rates to rein in inflation. With my $117k stock portfolio at stake, I'm at a crossroads-should I liquidate and pivot? What’s the most strategic move to capitalize on this bear market?
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
Agreed! this is why I work with one. My $520k portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% rise from early last year to date. I and my advisor are working on more figures for this year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.
Is there any chance you could recommend who you work with? I've wanted to make this switch for a very long time now, but I've been very hesitant about. I'll appreciate any recommendation.
Finding financial advisors like Vivian Jean Wilhelm who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I just switched up my Roth IRA to 50% SCHD, 25% SCHX, and 20% SCHG. My Roth 401k is 70% vanguard S&P 500 index, 20% vanguard growth index, and 10% vanguard international index. Seeking best possible ways to raise $1m within 2-3 years before retirement.
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are perfect reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 pandemic to date.
She goes by ''Karen Lynne Chess'' a renowned figure in the financial industry with over two decades of experience. I'd suggest you research her further on the web.
I currently have 75% SCHD and 25% SCHG Roth IRA. Brokerage account is SCHD, VGT, VUG, alongside some individual stocks! Just passed 500K from an initial 75K startup in 2022. I am 43 and I plan on working until 50 hope to be at ~$1M soon enough
I lost a lot chasing individual stocks and I feel pretty stupid for not understanding how investing works. I have a double major in economics but I’ve been trying to make sense of the market. Well done on profits!
Nice. I'm doing some research on VUG & SCHD now, seems like very solid choices. Congrats on nearing retirement. 7 years will fly.....unless of course you hate your job lol....
Love my job. Over 25 years as a mechanic for a Major Airline. Great company. Just wish I knew about the financial markets years ago. But still with a good CFA I am doing great. It's a nice hands-off way to approach it. Glen Howard Chester manages my funds , and he has a great team. I conservatively follow his recommendations and market entry and exit points, and tbh this system makes investing fairly simple for me.
I love my 25-year career as a mechanic for a major airline. One regret is not exploring financial markets sooner, but I've found success with a trusted expert. His team manages my funds, providing conservative recommendations on market entry/exit points. This hands-off approach simplifies investing for me, making it stress-free and rewarding.
Please have TH-cam fix this error. I can’t see none of your videos on my subscriptions page. I’m binge watching a lot of your latest videos I missed. Came to your channel to watch the VOO videos to motivate me to keep investing 😊 Thanks Marcos for all the wisdom your sharing with us
I will have my next video be a VOO video 😉. It’s a weird algorithm thing with my videos not appearing on the subscription page until 3-4 days after I post. I really do appreciate you a ton for commenting and I’ll actually reach out to TH-cam to see!
Thanks for this video Marcos. I’ve been helping my dad how to invest into stocks, soon into ETFs the numbers just make sense. Someone we both know of guided me to your channel and i’ve been considering loading up on ETFs ever since.
Sometimes it's difficult to make it in trading even with good tutorials as this many will struggle to make it.. not easy as it seems. I remember when I just got into crypto& stocks back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and I’m up with 328k in a short period of time
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself, I’m guided by Natalie Rose Strayer. A widely known stock and crypto consultant
I started working with Natalie back in February, and my financial goals have never been clearer. It’s like having a strategic partner for my money with a solid track record.
I just switched up my Roth IRA to 50% SCHD, 25% SCHX, 25% SCHG, and my Roth 401k is 70% vanguard S&P 500 index, 20% vanguard growth index, and 10% vanguard international index. Seeking best possible ways to grow $350k into $1m+ before retirement in 3 years.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
I'm sure the idea of an investment-Adviser might sound controversial to a few, but a new study by Motley-fool found out that demand for Financial-Advisers sky-rocketed by over 42% since the pandemic and based on firsthand encounter I can say for certain their skillsets are topnotch. I've accrued north of $880k within 16-months from an initially stagnant Portfolio.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.
I appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result to unmeasurable progress. Being heavily liquid, I'd rather not reinvent the wheel, thus the search for a reputable advisor, mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?
I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Marisa Michelle Litwinsky” for about two years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 85K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.

I have 2 shares of SCHD in my taxable and honesty I’ve just been building up my growth ETFs like SCHG and VOO/ (individuals: Amzn,NVIDIA,XOM,CGC). When I start my Roth IRA I am gonna have like VUG,SCHD, and FXIAX.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
I feel like a lot of funds in the dividend category are going to be similarly correlated with the broader market. So in short, no. But I would just buy at the lower prices (DCA) and ride the wave since I’m a long term investor and so should everyone be when you’re in equities
As a passive investor, is it wise to buy market tracking index funds and ETFs from companies like Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street, even when they're at all time highs? i want to invest around 600k for retirement
I think the whole thing about holding stocks for long term will always apply. So I think you should get a quality broker who is able to analyze and pick stocks that will do well in the long term, else you will be in a long bear ride.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial, I used hedging strategies to allocate part of my portfOlio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay finan-cially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1 million in returns on invest-ments.
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Sonia Nunes Demelo" for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I've got $50,000 to invest. I want to build a nest egg for when I'm older. I want to know if it's a good idea to add all my savings into a long term ETF, set and forget Come back in 20-30 years, instead of 250-300 DCA every month. Which ETF would you recommend?
As they say, 'time IN the market is better than trying to time the market'. I think you should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor. They’ll give you guide on high risk and low risk investment strategies for your portfolio
I’m working towards financial freedom with a focus on dividends & growth investing. Since 2014, I’ve built a portfolio made up of 50% SCHD, 25% SCHG, and 25% VOO, thanks to my financial advisor. This strategy has helped me earn $36,000 a year in dividends. Back in 2014, I only earned $21 in dividends.
Melissa Elise Robinson is the licensed advisor I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her
I just have to applaud your content man, well done. Long term investor's know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and investors should be positioned for such a rebound, I gained $180k from bitcoin of 2021. Before the market crash and now am buying again, adding more at a time. Having a good financial advisor like Catherine Gauthier, it will add to your success in the crypto market.
She is my family's personal Broker and also a personal Broker to many families in the United states, she is a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in the United States.
I’m ecstatic with Trump's victory and the year-end market surge. Which hidden jewels in the upcoming bull run would you buy with 150 grand right now? My goal is to position myself for a prosperous Q1 in 2025
Index Funds & ETFs: 40-50%, Emerging Markets (e.g., VWO): 10-15%, Dividend Stocks: 10-20%, Growth Stocks/Small-Caps: 10-20%, REITs: 5-10% Remember to always work with a knowledgeable person in the financial market when starting out to avoid getting burnt.
I agree with you. As an early investor in NVDA, AVGO, ANSS, and PLTR, my financial advisor's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over a million dollars.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Eleanor Bonnici Deskin’’ for about two years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
One question for you Marcos. What would be the main difference of collecting the SCHD monthly for 10 years or buying the equivalent amount of SCHD at once 10 years later? without the inflation consideration.
Hmm, if it’s your emergency fund. I would say no and to keep that emergency fund money in a HYSA. Defensive stocks can go down though in a bear market but you do get some peace of mind from the dividend. There is still risk involved with schd. HYSA will have virtually no possibility of losing money at all and schd you can (if you panic sell at the sight of a recession or something) but generally schd will outperform an HYSA over the long run.
I'm new to trading, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.
As a beginner investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Melanie Ann Karnavas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessment, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I bet a million dollars u dont even know any trump policy tax cuts lol he is going to undo all the work u have done create massive inflation and screw over the average American worker like he always has done good luck America
I agree, working with a financial specialist has been the game-changer for me since 2020 pandemic. Helped with invaluable insights and tailored strategies that aligned perfectly with my goals and risk tolerance. As of today, I'm just about 10% shy of my $1m goal.
Helene Freda Lefkowitz is the licensed advisor I use. Just google the name and you’d find necessary details. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
excellent share, curiously inputted Helene Freda Lefkowitz on the internet, spotted her consulting page ranked top and was able to schedule a call session. I've seen commentaries about advisors but not one looks this phenomenal
What's your SCHD Price Target for 2025?

Index Funds & ETFs: 40-50%, Emerging Markets (e.g., VWO): 10-15%, Dividend Stocks: 10-20%, Growth Stocks/Small-Caps: 10-20%, REITs: 5-10%
Remember to always work with a knowledgeable person in the financial market when starting out to avoid getting burnt.
Well it seems like a lot of your interest is riding on your source, I could really get well accustomed to your viewpoint, get me involved.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Eleanor Bonnici Deskin’’ for about two years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
One question for you Marcos.
What would be the main difference of collecting the SCHD monthly for 10 years or buying the equivalent amount of SCHD at once 10 years later? without the inflation consideration.
Should I allocate some HYSA money to SCHD if mostly safe with defensive stocks?
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Melanie Ann, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
This is correct, Melanie strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it’s a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started.
Yes, I agree with you. Her platform is wonderful and her strategies are exceptional.
Please educate me. I've come across this name before. Now I am interested. How can I reach her?
prediction in 4 years i think is posative until trumps out of office then i see the market crashing.
The market should do great since Trump is in office. He is a businessman, and this country has ran his business.
I bet a million dollars u dont even know any trump policy tax cuts lol he is going to undo all the work u have done create massive inflation and screw over the average American worker like he always has done good luck America
👀
Aa of 11/22/24, I own 38 shares of SCHD in my ROTH IRA and intend to buy more shares until stock price is too high.

Do u recommend to buy SCHD for a Canadian TFSA?
my two cents would be rrsp bc the rrsp is exempt from the us dividend withholding tax.
This ^
$30,000 in dividend passive income now is much different than in 30 years due to inflation. It’s not going to be worth much.
Beautiful I’ll take 12

wait for a drop and invest 3000 dollars and average dac plan = good luck so for every share you will get .25 every quarter.

Moving from single stocks to ETFs, tired of the circus. Thoughts on your best possible strategies to diversify a 6-figure portfolio please.
The current market gives opportunities to maximize returns, but in order to execute such strategy, you must be a skilled practitioner
I agree, working with a financial specialist has been the game-changer for me since 2020 pandemic. Helped with invaluable insights and tailored strategies that aligned perfectly with my goals and risk tolerance. As of today, I'm just about 10% shy of my $1m goal.
this is quite encouraging for newbies like myself, I'm in dire need of portfolio management... think your advisor can help?
Helene Freda Lefkowitz is the licensed advisor I use. Just google the name and you’d find necessary details. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
excellent share, curiously inputted Helene Freda Lefkowitz on the internet, spotted her consulting page ranked top and was able to schedule a call session. I've seen commentaries about advisors but not one looks this phenomenal

Regardless. It will split once again.
👀
Already had the 3-1 split, if that again the stock would be about 7 or so dollars lol. I doubt it.
Epr pays a higher dividend of 7.51%
Total return > higher dividend
Will the dividend still be 3.4% in 30 years?
No. Much higher.
@@98rolyaTnaeS I would say maybe 3-4.5%
@lostboi3974 yeah I thought so. The $34,000 in dividends seemed underwhelming.
Just sold it don’t want any part of it
