Awesome build. Just added this to my village on valg. Only difference I used was tek walls instead of stone. Makes it way harder to do. But looks great. Thanks!
Thank so much for the inspiration. I built something similar but on pillars above a river. I also piped in water through the raised platform and conceived the pipes below the floor of the greenhouse. In the end it was not exactly like yours but the concept was the same.

It looks great. I would love to build it... but in the early stage of it, after I laid all the stone fence foundations down, the stone pillars will not place after the first one. It keeps saying it is obstructed. I tried trying different things but same problem. I am playing on the official server Genesis 2. Any suggestion as to what I may be doing wrong? I looked at another video that was building it similarly except he keeps the wood ceiling on top of the triangle foundations but that didn't work either.
I'm sorry it didn't work It could be due to the official server settings. Unfortunately, I have no other explanation.

Talk about server lag sheesh even with collisions off the loading in and get would kill my frames and I was only half thru it! But I’ll trying it with a normal circle foundation triangle and square and try and add fence foundation later on the 2nd floor for the roof design!

Amazing, trying to replicate it now but I cannot get the first ring of stone foundations to snap ? The mount right to the inner wood circle or they free place further away ??? ARGH !!!
Hey @Jarrod Merkel. Take a look at my video "Stairs Trick". Maybe this will help you with your problem. Otherwise work with Piller and Ceilings. This house is easier to build on flat surfaces. Thanks for your comment! I wish you every success 👍

I replicated this with tek and boy let me tell you it was so freaking hard. Took me 4 hours and in the end it’s for sure not perfect and I had to make a ton of compromises. Would have been better off just doing stone but the rest of my base is tek so I thought it would look weird

Too bad it's not on official settings. Tried it and always had one sloped roof that was "obstructed" and none of the inner sloped roofs can be placed, also the waterpiping was "obstructed" also.

anyone know why my if i put small crop plots on the first level around the back they are not irrigated just wondering if anyone else had this problem
How do you have it set to grid points instead of free placement when you place things off of the main build?
To do this, you keep the structure as far away from you as you can.
Switch to the orbit camera and see if it works.
Otherwise test with the distance.

Das sieht so gut aus! Hab das sofort nachgebaut, jedoch ist der Teil mit den Wassertanks knifflig. Das funktioniert alles, jedoch lässt sich dann bei mir das Ansaugrohr nicht anbringen.... hast du da zufällig einen Tipp zu?

wenn du das ganze noch erklärst wie man es ohne Fly baut und welche mods du nutzt wäre es sicher einfacher zu verstehen und nachzubauen :)

Danke @Benjamin Kirchner für dein Kommentar. Tatsächlich ist das alles ganz ohne Mods gebaut. Hier werden einfach nur die verfügbaren Snappoints verwendet oder welche hinzugefügt. Gut das mit dem Fly ist so ne Sache. Ich schaue mal, ob ich in Zukunft die Projekte anders anfange. Vielen Dank für deine Anregung. Gruß LU

bis 2:19 hat alles funktioniert, aber den innersten Kreis Fundamente kann ich nicht wie im Video auslegen. Er snappt immer nur jeden zweiten Stein an. Damit entstehen aber kleine Lücken (weil 12 statt 24 Fundamente). Irgendwelche Ideen?
kleiner Nachtrag: das lag an meiner Grundlage. Wenn man auf einer Cliff Plattform die runde Struktur bauen möchte. verweigert er jeden zweiten Snappoint im innersten Kreis. Aushilfe tat hier S+/SS. Damit ging es.

Ich hatte im Reallife echt viel zu tun und habe jetzt allmählich wieder Zeit für TH-cam und zocken.
Freut mich das du eine Lösung gefunden hast und sie mit mir teilst.
Ich schätze aber mal, dass es an der Kollisionsabfrage lag.
Ich verwende dafür keine Mods.

@@LU.86 im building on a cliff platform and from what I have noticed, the fence foundations are all protruding out at different lengths making some of the pillars uneven preventing foundations to be snapped where those pillars are
Actually, the fence foundations should be on the same length. A uniform pattern must be created in the middle of the fence foundations. Take a look here: th-cam.com/video/ftIQqYDoKHI/w-d-xo.html At minute 3:25 I show how it is built. At minute 5:35 I show the pattern. In this video: th-cam.com/video/avFCia7dVjQ/w-d-xo.html I build a circle base on a cliff platform. Maybe you can do something with it or take it over.

Beautiful… when you can get your hands on a gazillion cristal blocks after finding a very flat and wide surface to lay everything down.
What they don't tell you about these builds is that they aren't allowed on Official servers, otherwise you might get banned for not following the Code of Conduct which bans glitch building.
Hey Tom Franks, As far as I know, glitch builds are only possible in ratholes or at the edge of the map. Since collision detection is turned on on the official servers, it's only possible that you can't build it. Also, I'm not forcing anyone to build it on official servers. I'm just showing how to build it. Greetings LU
Great build. Crap delivery on how to build it and the actual materials are not all listed properly. Very frustrating to put together in slow on TH-cam let alone at full speed. I had to rewind so darn much it killed the fun of actually trying this. So it gets the dislike button. Great idea. Total crap delivery will ruin it everytime. 😠
