Good luck getting ANY kitchen staff to shut the unit off... ever.! Midday "blowndown" ain't happening... The door pins wear over time too. Even w/ a 5 stage filter, the scale is ALWAYS an issue here.. lots of shit inside is made of mild steel so RUST happens. That sucks on a $7K machine... wtf..
