Manipur goes to polling on April 19 even though the scars of violence are fresh in the minds of people. This is a ground report from a relief centre in Churachandpur where a polling booth has been set up by the Election Commission of India for the internally displaced people. Voters there lament that no candidate came to meet them or for campaigning.

You correctly mentioned that Manipur is already divided by the buffer zone, the cause is incompetent CM who has been helped by his political boss in Delhi. It's shocking to see a state in India is facing such level of communal and political problem and the top bosses choose to be silent. Such level of negligence of one's constitutional duties is unpardonable. If what is happening in Manipur is happening in any state of India in mainland India it wouldn't last even 48 hours. The discrimination and level of neglect from top politicians in Delhi are clear!!
