Yeah- I think the idea of “conflict of interest” for experts in the EPA should inherently be part of their post’s ethical rules.
Conservatives have been trying to neutralize and delegitimize the EPA for as long as they have had Oil and Gas special interests funding their party.
Between trying to run the EPA into the ground with terrible cabinet picks who steal money from them and have a history of suing them and this- the writing is on the wall.
This is a move to allow conservatives to side step the institutions our own government has put in place to protect the people, all for the sake of their donor’s profits.

Bro, greed ruins everything. Where are the alpha Chad's to make decisions based on what's best for the situation/the people and not what's best for the corps? We need to get money outta politics.

This was a remarkably balanced explanation of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Chevron. However, it's important to distinguish between disinterested experts and "experts" who work at federal agencies, which I think we can all agree have inherent conflicts of interest (eg, Fauci). At a minimum, they want to confirm their agency appears vital, and so will create issues that didn't exist before in order to then 'save' us from those issues, (eg, Fauci and his tenth booster). I think the SC made the right choice. They will still take the federal agency's "expertise" into account, but will ultimately interpret the law themselves. I hope your channel explodes, because you are doing important work. You're holding our government officials accountable for their dark actions, without growing the darkness by using humor to keep it "light". Also, you are hilarious.
