Mario Multiverse is a fan game a lot like Super Mario Maker 1 & 2. It's currently in a closed beta and the beta server is full. Sadly there is no download or way to play the game yet. What should be included in MM2 that is in this game:
- NSMB DS Theme
- Switching Styles
- SMB 2
- Text in-game
- Literally every power up in this game
- Custom Music
I think you can Switch styles in SMM2.

Hey Darby, I'm back. What's really cool about this game is the amount of effort in everything. Like, there are power ups for every version, and backgrounds for every version.

I like Mario maker 2 and all, but this game has content that game doesn’t have, music, themes, styles, text, move sets etc, although the lack of slopes really shows how powerful they can be in Mario maker 2 over this one.
You know Darby, there are these games called “Pokémon Let’s go Pikachu” & “Pokémon Let’s go Eevee”. Do you want to try it?
And then maybe after they come out you could play Pokémon sword and shield!

I heard Curby's Adventure, Super Morrio, Bummerman, The legend of Zelldur, Thed-riss and Don Keekong are quite good games on the Nihn10d'oh. =P

I'd give it the same amount of time as Nintendo bringing SNES games to the Switch (Seriously Nintendo, The SNES had some of the best games of all time and it's clearly something the community wants)

4:31 To be honest, I love Mario Maker 2. However, every video game related Channel I am subscribed to has been posting Mario Maker 2 videos. So this is a very welcome change of pace.
Mario Multiverse is my favorite thing to see
I feel like Mario Multiverse is the definitive mario maker game, partially because of the many themes it has, but also features that aren't in SMM2. But with that being said, there are things that SMM2 has that Multiverse doesn't. I like both though

I wonder how Mario Multiverse will do up against the incredible Super Mario Maker 2 when it is finally released to the public. My guess is Nintendo will put a C&D on it within days. It sure looks awesome, especially considering it is an indy project.
