my emotions have been like a roller coaster these last few weeks. I have been experiencing other people getting angry for no reason and I remain stoic despite wanting to react to them. At night it gets a bit depressing but I find it is just thoughts passing like clouds. In the early mornings I wake up with thoughts of lovers past and wait for these thoughts to pass like clouds too. get comfortable being uncomfortable for that is where your edge is at and keep pushing it. you'll look back at how far you have come and will want to keep going. Semen retention triggers my spiritual awakening journey, it shakes my worldview as it teaches me that I face a choice to either accept or refuse the call to the journey. In reality though, refusing the call truly isn’t an option, because at the deeper level, my soul is beckoning me to transform, even I refuse the call, the opportunity will only recycle itself, waiting for me to accept the call to a new life.
Guys, there can be no going back - we cant unsee the vision of the higher reality no matter how much we might want to deny it.

as someone that just hit 120 days first time on SR i try not to think of people as allies or enemies i think of them as i can vibe with them or not because i view people as positive one day or negative the other day aka a bad day.
i try not to waste to much of my energy dealing with negative energy people when i meet them because they are just having a bad day.......no need to lower my energy/vibration in the present.

Perfect video bro. I'm turning 20 next month and have been practising SR/Nofap depending on my current lifestyle since 17. On SR streaks in particular, the loneliness can be very hard to overcome for me which leads to relapses. However, I see SR as a tool to enhance my social skills, and willingness to participate and expand socially so it can be self defeating at times.
I wish I was 20... doing things different for now... every day of ur life at school: is investing in future! just the other day I read: most men DIE from 18 to 30, but get buried in their 70s 80s.... if u can re-read this and try to deeply understand: most of us die in our 20s but only get buried 50 60years later... life after 30 is differnt, after 40 sucks...

Noo way you just confirmed my theorie. Ever since i started retaining my senses got wy better. I saw way sharper could here noisec better and sense from where they come. And even smelling got way more intense.

That is my current struggle. On day 160 and that part is easy now but still have nocturnal emission 1-2x month. Trying to prevent those.

Crazy. My name is Joseph and I too from time to time have thoughts about my ex usually in a dream though. What has helped dreams is prayer before I go to sleep asking for protection My dreams. Anytime I do that I don't have a dream about her.
Are you going through a spiritual journey? Do you believe this to be a twin flame. You have to realize that that person is your soul in another body. You must overcome that urge to think obsessively of them and move on. You'll have triggers. Let those triggers wash over you, take it in, and move on. Keep trudging. Hopefully you will meet someone new or just overcome and keep moving on. It could also be a soul tie. In either case, it takes time and you will level up. SR will help you bro. I'm going through it too.
@Scott Allen yes, I am a believer in nonduality. I've been through multiple dark nights of the soul and I understand enlightenment on an intellectual level. I'm just finding resistance letting my ego die at the moment, and I am still preoccupied by thoughts, I suppose all by choice. I know the path, but complete surrender is still unnerving to me. I know I should practice meditation more, but I chose not to. & Perhaps there's a tie between me and my ex, but I've made considerable progress in the past few weeks. Like you said though, its just my soul (and yours) in another body. Thank you for the words 🙏🏼

Rarely do I find someone I can't tolerate, but there isn't a person on this earth that has given me energy of revitalizing quality. People are drawn to me, then drain me, even my sisters admitted to being energy vampires before I cut them out of my life, almost a year and I don't really ever want to see them again and that fells like a strong thing to say, seeing as I don't hate them. I don't hate anyone, but I don't want anything to do with anyone and that isn't conducive to a good life. All my savings are gone and I'm not sure if I can live like a hermit anymore without finding a cave. I've approached life from every angle and I don't know what to do anymore.

This is probably one of the hardest things as humans to do is forgive someone who has wronged you but I found out it’s more for you than it is for them. It’s like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. But how can you forgive if the other person doesn’t repent? Even God doesn’t forgive until there is repentance. Great video thank you!
