Brilliant title Martin, and a really important topic. Blokes are generally buggers for not talking about their mental and emotional issues [I speak from experience]. Fair play for putting it out there. Takes a yard of guts, that. Hang tough bud. I've found that life can batter you horribly from time to time, BUT 'beyond the night...', as our song goes.

Mate your are so brave to come out and tell people what you’ve been through. I’m sure your mum is very proud. Living on your own is hard but living on your own and dealing with grief is soo hard. You have mates on here were are a community YNWA means something it’s not just the song it’s people looking out for each other. Take care and keep plodding on one day at a time!

Its good that your feeling a bit more in control. I had a similar experience through life though I was never a scrapper. No one ever understands how you really feel, but I sympathise.
Keep posting the videos, I watched you team selection 1 player out dont think Id have agreed with that.

Martin, what an amazing man you are mate, to come on here and talk to us all of the issues and sadness you have been through over the years, that takes some BALLS. As you say men don't talk about there sadness we should but we don't, so what you have said on here will reach many people and hopefully they will get the support they need, no shame in asking to talk to someone.
