The toughest traps to escape are the ones that society worships, because you have no help and every condemnation.

Thank you very much. Your way to share Bagavan's teachings is very useful for me and very friendly. Our master's grace is the substrate of your words. Best redards from France.

As a representative of Bhagavan's teachings why do you speak to us as though we are people? From the perspective of ego we don't know who we are. Bagavan recommended that we should make an enquiry into who we are in order to eventually acknowledge that we are not the person. If you teach non-dual perspective then teach it from the perspective of non-duality. Cease making us more confused than we already are. Bagavan begins the sadhana from the correct perspective. I invite you to do the same. Thank you.

Wanting things to be some other way and to criticise another, especially another teacher,is an ego thinking it is “a doer” at work. As Ramesh Balsekar would say ….if you find yourself arguing with what I say , just stop and be quiet and really listen, let the words sink in rather than being grasped at.

@@grahamtrave1709 Do we ask a tennis coach to instruct their students using the stratagies of badminton? If the purpose of the teaching is to dispel dualistic view then why does the teacher address us from/using a dualistic perspective? Is it not prudent to question this anomaly? Surely clarity is the most effective tool against ignorance.

@@davidstrevens9170 I am writing this comment because I am sure that you are a good student of vedanta. You have good clarity of thought and a razor like mind. Non-dual means, absence of a second entity. Ekam eva advitiyam. One alone exists. A second does not exist. In that condition, who will teach whom? There is nobody else to be taught ! Therefore, teaching presupposes the existence of duality. Non-dual state can be reached only through duality. This aspect has been made explicitly clear in the Mytreyi vidya in the Brihadaranyaka upanishad. Yajnavalkya tells his wife Mytreyi-----" "When there is duality as it were, one sees something else, hears something else, but when, after Brahmajnana, Self-realization, everything has become the Self, who will see whom ? Who will know the knower ?" Therefore, until Self-realization, teacher student relationship based on duality does and has to exist. Otherwise, there can be no teaching at all!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
If you are telling the student to surrender and dissolve back into the Self. Then, in alignment with Bhagavan's analogy you are effectively telling the snake to surrender and dissolve back into the rope. If so, then pray, answer my next question.
      What snake?
