🐦 i like watching create with me videos. It is soothing and helps focus my mind when it is whirling about by watching something come in to being. Also, I can learn by watching your process and use it to enhance my skills.
Loved the sketch of the colorful birds and the personality shows through which might be my favorite part! I really loved how skinny your dip pen is and how delicate and expressive you draw with it. Do you have the name or link? Thank you!
I don't, it's a nib I've had for over 2 decades XD However I know it's a writing nib. I prefer writing nibs as they tend to not be flexible. So you want to try and get your hands on a non flexible, thin nib. Most drawing nibs are flexible, so you can vary the thickness of the lines. But I prefer lines that are always the same size. Hope that helps a bit :)
@@stephanie.kilgast Thank you I appreciate the info pointing me in the right direction! It's a crazy big world of choices and I usually get lost in the reviews and end up giving up until the next time I watch someone talented like you that pushes me to try again. 😂 it's a never ending circle. Thanks again!
yes there's definitely too much choice out there. To be honest, you probably just should get a small set of nibs to try out and see what you like best, that's something I did 2 decades ago. Or you can just randomly try nibs you find at your local art supplies store. I find trying nibs for yourself is probably the best anyway, as we're all different in terms of preferences! Have fun :)@@spktme

🦜🦅🦉🦩🐦⬛ always happy when I see your new video 🤗 love to watch you paint but I miss your sculptures. Hope to see some new ones soon 😊
I'm actually working on one right now, though the next planned video isn't a sculpture. Painting is a lot faster! 🐦😊
Oh I saw pink ibis on Facebook, it’s magnificent 😍
