Thanks so much for your video. Have you replaced the roller or filter?

Thank you for your comment. It comes with an extra filter and roller but I had no need to replace them yet. They both look like new still. After running the self clean cycle I give the roller a good hand wash every few uses and let dry. I wash the filter after every use and let dry completely. So far the machine is still working like it did when I first purchased it.

Does this one talk to you? Like if you run out of water does it tell you to refill it?

No it does not. It just flashes the icon so you know what you need to do like when the water tank is empty.

Is it good for carpet?

It can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.

Be Careful! A LOT of manufacturer's will not warranty their LVP, LVT, Laminate, and hardwood products IF you use this machine. Most flooring claim inspectors will note it as a bad issue affecting any warranty claims you may end up with!

I've been looking into getting one of these and this is the first I've heard anything bad. Care to elaborate?
