Our other brain half is fine, and most of the time blessed with a high IQ. We know what to do, but not HOW to do it. Over and over again.

questa affermazione è interessante. Io offro un esempio della mia routine ma tu la devi modificare in base ai tuoi impegni, ci sono persone che riescono a fare queste cose e altre no, va bene così, l'importante è non smettere mai di imparare cose nuove 💞💞
