      straight FACTS. People gonna say MJ, Kobe, and KD, but LeBron with a J? That's the total package and there's no arguing against that. Rest in peace Kob, my childhood idol and favorite player to ever lace em up.

      Tay Luc - I’m 63 years old, and I once thought MJ was the best the world had ever seen, until LeBron James appear, and was he like Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan rolled into one person. “LEBRON JAMES” is the GOAT! The best ever, and when it’s all said, and done, and his story is written we all will know: LEBRON IS THE GOAT! LONG LIVE KING JAMES!

      @@LastForeverUno- I’m sorry my brother. His stats are better than all of the stats of the greatest players that have ever played the game in the NBA, and It’s not close. When LeBron passed MJ, he had taken 2000 less shots than MJ to pass MJ, that is and amazing stat, because he played in more games, but took fewer shots, in more games.

      @@marktorre3370 - No, LeBron has better stats because LeBron is a better basketball player. LeBron’s Basketball I.Q. is like having a coach on the floor. LeBron’s game has balance; MJ’s game was all athletic; no balance. MJ shot too much, so It was the triangle offense that brought balance to the game when MJ was in the game, it and prevented MJ from shooting too much, because the triangle offense depended on passing, and passing angles, to open up shooting opportunities for other players, getting the whole team involved in the game, not just a one man athletic show.

    guys man what James did in his early years in Cleveland is just EXTREMELY hard. IF this guy was on a great team like Kobe or Jordan when they came in the league James woulda had 6 to 7 rings by now. It took this guy 4 years to take a very bad team to the finals at the age of 22. Jordan knows if James had a great coach and was on a good team James woulda have more rings than him at this age. KING JAMES IS A LEGEND.

      During his entire first run in Cleveland Lebron beat 0 elite playoff teams. The only 50-win team be beat was the 2007 53-29 Pistons with no 4x DPOY Ben Wallace and no Hall of fame coach Larry Brown. Every other team he beat from 2006-2010 had less than 50 wins.
      So Lebron was not really carrying anyone in Cleveland. He only carried them in the regular season and always lost against elite playoff teams.

    If Jordan had to match up against the 90s Cavs with Lebron it would have been better than Magic/Bird and it would have gone like Russell and Wilt. Kobe and Jordan couldnt carry a team by themselves the way Lebron did 2006-10 and in the playoffs 2015 & 2018, especially in clinching/elimination/road playoff games. And at 35 he's still sharp, strong, and everpresent as the toughest mismatch in basketball.

    LeBron vs Jordan comparisons are closer than people say. LeBron spent the first 7 years of his career for a shitty team. Jordan had a good team within the first few seasons. LeBron needed wade and bosh some may say. However they will never admit that Jordan needed pippen and rodman to win rings. If LeBron was drafted into MJs shoes, he would most certainly have AT LEAST 4 rings. And one last thing, for the finals records between the two, LeBron took a bum ass Cavs team to the finals TWICE by himself (2007 and 2015) and played two fully developed teams. Haters need to STFU

      ***** Wrong. They did not have trouble with Howard, they had trouble with their 3 point shooters (Lewis, Hedo, Reddick, Lee, Nelson, Pietrus, Anderson, etc.). That was their problem, not Dwight Howard.

    • @candyman1251
      @candyman1251 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The main reason why they won is because of their excellent 3-pt shooters on that team, not because of Dwight Howard's dominance inside. Dwight has never been a dominant post player inside.
      There was a game when Bron had like 48 pts, plus a clutch basket down the stretch to give his team the lead, until Lewis hit a huge 3 to decide the game. That was one of Bron's greatest playoff performances all-time. Some of those guys that were on that Magics team are still some of the biggest 3-pt threats today.

    • @candyman1251
      @candyman1251 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      ***** Yea my point is that Magics team was more than just about Dwight, there shooters were excellent. I remember games where Dwight would sit out and they still torched teams with their excellent 3-pt shooting.
      Dwight put up big numbers against the Hawks one post season and he still lost that first-round series.

You have to be one deadly shooter to average 40. What you are saying is bullshit. Especially now. Maybe in his Cleveland hay days when he was the only player on that team that could score, but right now? Hell no. I refuse to believe that, considering he isnt that great of a shooter compared to the guys I mentioned. He's too much of a stat junkie, he worries about his fg percentage too much. Also remember this, Michael average 37 ppg his best season, with a far greater skill set than Lebron. No way Lebron is doing that.

      DraikonZ3 Name one postseason where 4 teams in the East were losing teams and made the playoffs. What's LeBron's stats and record vs. West teams? How many times has the East won the finals vs West since LBJ came into the NBA?
      The West plays no defense with running teams like the Suns, Nuggets of the past, Rockets and Warriors of the present. Even the Bulls without Rose would be harder for LBJ than those stupid teams.
      Kobe without Shaq and without 3 seven footers on his team = 0 playoff series wins. This is a fact. Barely made the playoffs last year with Howard, Nash, and Gasol. Needed refs help and was lucky he got injured. Would have been yet another beatdown in playoffs. He might chuck 25-30 shots to put up some points, though, and his fans would be like OMG so awesome

    It honestly baffles me how any "NBA fan" can possibly think that LeBron hasn't passed Kobe. Kobe is one of the most OVERRATED players of all time. His BEST ever season average FG% was 46%, are you kidding me? The dude got points, but he wasn't NEARLY as efficient as LeBron. Not to mention LeBron rebounds better, assists better, better defender, etc. The list goes on.

    I'm not a lebron guy by any means but watching his 2009 highlight films are just ridonkulous. I wish the cavs didn't suck so bad putting talent around him, woulda been fun to watch lebron lead HIS team to some titles and take that torch from love without running to wade county.... Assuming bosh went to Miami in 2010 I gotta assume pat Riley would've built a helluva cast around Wade and bosh (Joe Johnson instead of bron in summer 2010?) so that woulda been really fun to watch too prime 2010 thru 2012 or 13 Wade leading the heat against lebrons cavs and the big three celtics that don't wanna let go of the crown.... All Cleveland needed to do was keep boozer in summer of 2005 and nit waste all that money on Larry Hughes when Ray Allen and Michael redd decided to stay home in Seattle and Milwaukee, then sign yourself a good fit at wing(Jrich? Vc? Joe Johnson?) or point(dwill? Jkidd? Billups?) to support bron and boozer at the forwards spots. Woulda been cool as can be as an nba fan...

    ive been a cavs fan for awhile and still am a cavs fan .. the reason to theyre downfall was because of a lack of a defensive post presence (center wise) and that number two guy lebron could go to .. mo williams couldve been good but he wasnt able to step up and be that number 2 guy lebron needed .. all in all cavs management did a terrible job in bringing support for lebron but thats the past we got kyrie and hopefully him and waiters and if thompson gets to his potential we can get back

    Lol y’all really don’t understand how much better, dominate, & more mentally tough he would be if he was drafted to a hof coach lbs his career would be very different because that coach would set up lbj & put him in the best position to succeed & be successful. Give him a pop phill or phill level coach & with this potential plus to get better lol that Dallas shit wouldn’t have happened & he would’ve met Kobe in the finals before he went to the heat lol most likely wouldn’t have left. People don’t understand he would’ve never won in Cleveland for the simple fact it was the best situation for him on a basketball POV. He learned this without a coach from experience now imagine this Lebron but pop or pat riley coaching him telling him step by step what to do what they gone do what’s fine happen how to approach what to do when they trap here rs it’s not doubt in my mind that he’s frfr be undefeated because a lebron coached by a pop also gone be a lebron who doesn’t have doubts or a lost of confidence. His mentality is the reason a lot of his loses came frfr he’s only human but y’all seen phill & Kobe phill & mike Brady Bill mane having that one coach is really a life/career changer frfr

    The big difference to me why Lebron won in Miami (besides he supporting cast and questionable officiating) was his maturity. Back in the day he was always clowning around with his teammates. And when his team faced adversity, he didn't know how to deal with it (2007 Finals, Game 5 vs Boston). The turning point for Lebron was game 6 at Boston. The focus he had during that game was unreal. If that Lebron was in Cleveland, they would have gotten one ring.
