AI has lost its edgy feel. It has caved in to all the worry warts that imagine it taking over the world. Now it slow plays or refuses to release all of the goodies that we know damn well are all done and ready to roll out . Bottom line, ai has become a real yawn.
Military tech is always 20-50 years beyond civilian tech. AI is not exempt. It just remains undetected. If we were at the forefront of AI, it would not be available.

narrow is correct, but "wide" is actually just called AGI.
