Absolutely brilliant, I really appreciate the choreography and would like to know what all the moves actually mean. I know it's dancing with the spirits and thanking them. The girls are so good too, I've watched them, this is really good exercise I'm doing this as an alternative to yoga in the morning lol. I find all the pumped up mad fitness ones a bit to much first thing, this is more enjoyable🐝 Manchester, England
