Probably did nothing wrong and driving legally, not speeding, didn't know a person would be in the middle of the road and didn't see them in time so didn't break any laws. Teenage driver or not they killed someone they should be arrested and put on trial for murder I don't drive but I'm waiting until I'm ready to drive to get a license and learn to drive. This is why I'm waiting to learn how to drive. Because I want to be responsible and whoever was driving, wasn't responsible. Whoever gave this person a license should be arrested as well.

All cars in an intersection have the right of way unless they are turning when the crosswalk gives the designated time to go ahead and cross the street. The guy was also coming across the front of his car to get to the passenger side and then he was hit. And here is the reason I see you don’t drive, you can’t see over the hood of another vehicle, and if you know anything about an intersection, you shouldn’t be getting out of your car for any reason unless your car is on fire or you are having a medical emergency. Risking and having your life on the line for some ducks is not worth it.
