The tech is wow. Mine stopped printing . It makes sound as if it wants to print out the receipt but no receipts comes out

I just purchased the device, and there is no instructions on how to set up the apps with the printer. I downloaded Loyverse, but I haven't figured it how to connect the two. Yes, it is installed directly in the same device, but the options to connect to the printer are Bluetooth, Ethernet, and USB. As you can see, neither of those options will work. I am sure it will work, but the lack of easily available instructions is the problem.
Looks like the answer is Bluetooth and InnerPrinter.
