For instance, if a person does not pay attention to world news they might miss that the inflation the USA encountered was a world wide phenomenon. The USA is currently on the leading edge of recovery compared to all other advanced nation's. Our unemployment rate is currently historicly low, we are taking steps to slow down global climate change and our administration is successfully incentivising bringing back the production of chip manufacturing to US facilities. We are currently not at war but yes we have interests in conflicts involving others because we belong to a world leading country.. My entire family are hard working blue collar types and everyone is doing fine or excelling. Also I have always been proud to be an American, I enlisted and served my country, never thought much more about it till one day in a large box store they asked if I was a veteran and started giving me 10% off. Damn yah America has always been great and I differ with anyone who says different.

The fact that some of you are actually afraid Trump will win is just hilarious. You should be more concerned with the fact that almost half of the country can't stand either candidate. There's a reason for that, and it's called political extremism. We must demand better candidate for both sides, as both parties have been taken over by extremists. Our nation deserves moderates who can compromise with each other, not extremist children who will block every bill down party lines.
I do agree, however I think Trump has accepted compromise (he took RFK's team in with his) to make a stronger team. I would prefer someone other than Trump though, although he is entertaining and it was better under him

Because it was taken out of context. Obviously CBS isn't going to tell you why Trump made that comment because then it could come off as bad for Harris. During the disaster and directly after, Harris was doing interviews (with "Call her Daddy" nonetheless) instead of focusing on the states. There is also the point that $1B is set aside for illegal immigrants, but I believe only $100M was set aside for hurricane survivors. Harris also, during all of this, announced $157M for Lebanon. Point being, Trump wondered why anyone would vote for Harris because she seemed to care more for foreign countries and herself more than victims of the hurricane.
