I can't wait till you guys come to North America. I convinced my mom and three co-workers to get a Bob so we were three of your US preorders with the other couple waiting to see what we got before they ordered... this Joe looks like everything I've been shopping for in footprint and versatility and longterm investment beyond Bob being everything I wanted in a dishwasher😂😢. I'm tired of my only options being throwaway products made in questionable circumstances. Please hurry to the USA 🙏
Thank you very much for your message, which is much appreciated by the team! We are indeed actively looking for a way to establish ourselves on a sustainable basis. This would mean setting up a factory on site, as imports are currently blocked, and we can't envisage this for the time being. But it's a project that's close to our hearts!
@DaanTech thank you very much for that update. It's also understandable, especially you guys being a smaller, relatively young company. I didn't realize Imports were blocked for you! That is terrible as I am fed up with being stuck with my only options being from the other side of the planet but also being throwaway and being unable to repair them. I'm fine with a bit of downtime if I can Source the parts from Europe but almost every brand of appliances that aren't high-end luxury and out of my price range are imported from China and there is no source for me to get repair parts on small appliances. Microwaves, countertop dishwashers, small washing machines for clothing Etc are entirely throw away purchases and you have to just hope they last for a few years and then it's difficult to recycle them so most people just throw them in the landfill. So I guess it's a few years off at least before we get to enjoy your products?
Also, congratulations on bringing another product to market as Joe looks great as well. I've been looking for an all-in-one, compact, countertop unit to make cooking easier while reducing energy consumption as it's only ever two of us here. The versatility of the Joe looks perfect. I'll keep dreaming and hoping for all the success so you guys can afford to invest in our Market. Thank you
