Agreed. It was ridiculous & cost Australia the game & a series win. He panicked. Was no fan of Paine, happy to see him go.

I was embarrassed to be an Australian when he was captaining our side.

@@StuTheDon17That’s not fair on him. As a cricketer he was bang average, and as a tactical mind he was below par, but as a leader of men he stands with the best captains this country has ever had. Regardless of your opinions on him as a cricketer he oversaw one of the most tumultuous times the Australian test team has ever had and he was a major part in turning it around. Not to mention that he always conducted himself in a good and respectful manner, which certainly cannot be said about a good deal of our other captains.

Of all the bad drs Bangladesh cricket team has taken so far, 95% of them are convinced by Miraj to the their captain. Also their wicket keepers most often ignore the edges (honourable mention: Liton,,Sohan)...In 2023, they missed 12 wickets by not hearing the edges so far. I guess i lost the count of their dropped catches as it happens in every single match. Also misfields are part of their gameplay, worse than Pakistan's(it really is). They really need to focus on their game.

The most questionable DRS calls in cricket seem to have a frequent association with Pakistan and Bangladesh, highlighting concerns about their fair play and honesty.

While I agree that these guys usually do trash reviews maybe slightly more than others but why is that issue with fair play? It's just bad judgment no? What's fair play got to do with anything? And umpires gets some shocking bad decisions and batsmans typically don't walk even when it's obvious (Stuard Broad in ashes for example). Your statement just seems more prejudice than anything else. While Pakistan to be fair are plagued with fair play issues in the past and even present, with Bangladesh I've only ever seen one incident which was the recent Angelo Matthews incident but otherwise nothing compared to national like India, Australia, Sri Lanka and England (and I'm a England supporter as well)

@arun.sekher lots of fancy words but not much of anything. You can't take something out of context. This is about cricket. He/she commented about their honesty and fair play in cricket. No one intentionally cheats or acts dishonestly to lose a DRS. People jump on the fair play bandwagon so quickly to suit their prejudice yet fails to see how their own country is plagued. Again this is talking about cricket.

@@hemutitu1870 I understand the point of the DRS. Why not just remove the umpires completely then and have everything done by a computer? It's has almost entirely removed the drama and entertainment of the umpires decision.
