Going into the Bengals game after week 1 I thought we would dog walk them. But I will never again doubt these duels vs Joe Burrow and the Bengals will not be close. It always comes down to who is going to make the last mistake.
I have not seen a worse guard center combo than the bears’ Nate Davis and Coleman Shelton. Then because of that the tackles are OVERsetting and getting beat around the edges. It’s a tragedy. With even a top 20-15 O line Caleb would probably be lighting things up
My problem wasnt the PI call I agree it was, my problem was the 2 holding calls they missed on that same play, one which was super super obvious on the RT
it seemed like they were always in a 3rd down situation every set of downs. As far as caleb goes- the only bright spot is he looked mildly better than week 1
Who would’ve thought that Caleb Williams’ stats after his first two games would be worse than Bryce Young’s stats after his first two games last year, with a way better supporting cast than Bryce had. Chicago’s got to figure some shit out, otherwise all that trash talking their fans did all off-season is really going to bite them in the ass.
To Williams’ credit, in week 1 he faced a very good defense in his first NFL start. There are gonna be massive growing pains, not to mention the Titans defense in particular leads the league in lowest number of passing yards allowed through 2 games. Bears should’ve lost game 1 to the Titans defense alone, but the titans QB legitimately threw the game away. Not even being hyperbolic, he had some awfully dumb turnovers.
I don’t really like to make negative comments on videos and i seriously love all three of you guys but your treatment of the bengals is just so bad. them have 5 minutes of this video is criminal especially with how surprising the outcome of the game is. No real fan cares about that flag he’s a rookie and it was the straw that broke the camels back however talking about how underwhelming burrow was is just silly to me. he outplayed mahomes which is supposed to be impossible. I don’t care if chase isn’t getting deep balls they’re using him to draw attention away from other weapons. EXACTLY how u should use a guy like that. You can hype up the crappo browns all day cuz that’s ur team but seriously spend more time discussing interesting prospects.
I love you Blaiden Kirk but your personal vendetta against Watson shows and I can not blame you for that as he is a terrible person. However, to sit there and act like Watson only played slightly better than last week feels wrong. I thought he looked definitely better, his accuracy over the middle was good, he was pushing the ball down the field a little more and they were not as bad of decisions as last week. His accuracy and throws on the run overall looked better and even you three have been saying if they can just get a rhythm going in the short passing game it would be a success which they did on Sunday and then the narrative shifts to "He is a 230 million dollar qb of course he should be hitting these short passes" which is not even a wrong take to have I just think it is unfair to switch up when he does succeed. That being said I still think Watson is an O.J Simpson level of person.

Holy hell you guys are overreacting so hard to Caleb Williams. It’s barely his second game. How can you compare him to the panthers?
Bryce young gonna be working at raising canes next year
More like next week
