We've seen this guy pull wins on people on whom you least expect. Wouldnt surprise me one bit if he ended up with the W.
Time and time again has shown how anything can happen in the UFC especially when these fighters let their guards down.

Easily? Kidding me lol? Not some scrub whos been fighting for a title shot their entire lifes. It's anderson silva. The dude pulls insane stunts under pressure. He man handled his division for years and years. Can't imagine this being one sided unless some freak accident happens like the one vs weidman.
He's old but he's still one of the smartest and most technical fighters in the game. If he was a brawler, i'd be concerned.

I would be shocked if it turned out being one sided. Either way it's an insane card and one with a ton of twists.
Can't wait to watch this. Every single one of those fights are main card status. I do believe DC will win simply because he's been through a camp. The only thing that might backfire is that he specifically trained for jon jones style. That can also benefit him. I feel like jon jones and anderson have some very similar styles except that anderson is more of a counter puncher.
Only time will tell. I hope anderson is actually hungry and isn't just doing it for the money because it's the end of his career. Wouldnt blame him if it were just for that reason though. Part of me really hopes he's sincerely going there to take the belt from DC.
It would be nice to see a serious and motivated Silva in this fight. As you said though, only time will tell. I hope that the fight isn't one sided as well, I'd actually like to see Anderson win to be honest

No one lad came in from crowd in early days - was absolutely comical cos he was huge and looked like a beast but clearly had not ever trained at all - fight lasted about maybe 3/4 seconds well as long as it took for him to fall !!! Very funny though.
this fight is better in someways because it's fresher and Anderson Silva is widely considered the goat just like Jon Jones is

I feel like this will go bad for him, but maybe a fight with no pressure....one he is supposed to lose bad will resurrect the spider in his prime...I know it's a far fetched fantasy, but this guy has pulled off amazing things. I still consider him the best ever in his prime...maybe this fight is the motivation he needs to get back to himself....I don't doubt him, and will watch hoping he pulls off the impossible....you are a stud Silva....huge balls!

listen, I am an HUGE silva fan and have a lot of respect for him but you can not convince me that he will win. He just have not been the same since losing twice to chris and ontop of that all the injuries. The name itself brings excitement but this isnt silva at his prime...remember that people. ima be cheering for him and i will be the first to admit being wrong if he can pull this but i just dont see it happening. very slim chance in my opinion.
If he does manage to beat DC, we could actually see Jones vs Silva (which was a proposed super fight). Just interesting, but I think DC will smash Silva. Just to big and a better wrestler (Silva weakness) than he has ever faced before.
