I love this Sainte Vie concert (watched 50+ time last 3 yrs). I am 68 (retired) and all my life played all types of progressive hard/ heavy music, got bored, and last 25 only listening EDM. Living life like an extremist (climbing, hanggliding, motorbike road racing, parachuting and all my life working in norwegian army) it is sometimes difficult for me to cool down. But when I see the energy of Sainte Vie on his marvellous concert I become completely relaxed! Medicine for free.
Feels.. I was a metal head thru high school and college and found EDM around 22 years old and it’s been nearly all I listen to since then. I’ll be 38 soon. Even the types of EDM changes over the years. Right now, I’m super digging this set! Recently I was stuck on Romain Garcia, NTO, Stephan Bodzin.. man this is sooo fireee!! Much love friends!!
Once in a while I come back to listen to this masterpiece. One of the few sets out there. Another one that blew me away years back was the XLR8R Podcast from YokoO
Saw him at Fabric London some days ago and I got the chance to talk with him for a while after he crushed Room 1, honestly a very chill and humble dude. I'll remember that night forever!
Honestly half the beats are from someone else. Personally I'm expecting a bit more originality at Burning Man stages. But here I am alone in my expectations, while the same robbed sets are played at all stages nowadays, and people dance to it anyway.

I caught him at Papaya Playa Project in Tulum last week. It was like nothing I've ever experienced in 20 years of clubbing. On the beach, the sky just opened up and it started down pouring and lightning like I have never witnessed. At one point they shut the dance floor lights off because Mother Nature was providing the light show. The music complimented the backdrop perfectly. Absolutely unreal.
Funny thing is, it was unreal, an illusion. Just like you watching your phone screen, or walking your dog. It's an illusion. All there is is consciousness. Your life is an illusion. Don't forget it.
I have been listening to electronica since 1993….Limelight kid in NYC and San Diego Romper Room and LA raves at hotel Alexandria…been to original Electric Daisy Carnival and Nocturnal Wonderland…been to a few burns…point is, I e heard it all…and the reason this set is the best for me…of all time…besides it being absolutely relentless and smooth and the soundtrack I wanna hear on my way to the next “life” is this: I get the chills and emotions EVERY, SINGLE time…that’s how good it is! I know what’s coming and it’s still like the first time… very rare for a set to do that. So glad I found it post Ayahuasca ceremonies ❤❤❤❤

King Clania Joseph here is very right. Check Afterlife label. You will like Colyn, Aether, Mind Against. Dreamy techno. Also check Adriatique's label, Siamese record. A lot of melodic darkness there. And if you want to go into the abyss, try Marino Canal.

I don't remember how I stumbled upon this video or why it took me 2.5 years to do so, but I've watched/listened to this 6 or 7 times in the past few days. If I had a time machine, I would travel back to the 2019 Burning Man just to see this set live from the beginning.

I put this on and went on a run, setting out to go around six miles or so. This was so good and so intense I got so in the zone and ended up running 13 miles. Amazing set. Hell yeah

I can't think of a better set ever. Many great sets thru history, but this is next level. Even the parts I love less the music if soul bearing. Have you noticed how much he tailors his sets to the people and places he's playing for? This set goes around the world. Brilliant, courageous, risk taker, all in world traveler.
I don't think you get the full set until you replay it for the 50th time- then it somehow merges with your soul and you can't get enough - first time I didn't get it as deeply
