The Kefs are very revealing of the source material and need high quality matching components. In the Uk Kef auditioned these speakers with Hegel, Rega and Naim amplification. I listen to these speakers with original Audiolab amplification and still sound very good and find them completely non fatiguing. I know I can squeeze more scale,warmth and detail from them going forward. Obviously placement and materials in any room will effect the sound of any loudpeaker. I thought they were a bargain for the quality on offer. They look amazing too.

Premetto che nn amo tanto i diffusori a torre, per il mio ambiente meglio i book....dopo 15 anni di Sonus Faber min amator ho preso le ls50 ...apriti cielo ,adesso ho le R3 per il primo impianto e ho tenuto quei gioiellini ls per il secondo impianto ...Beh per me come qualità sonore /prezzo sono un best buy. Do you think these speakers would go with Musical fidelity M5s?
Would a Hegel H120 be enough for the KEF R7?
If u do not listening very loud 75W are enough but unfortunatly i never test the Hegel with Kef so i do not know for sure if is a good combination, with Cambridge for example i didn't enjoy the sound, too muchmetallicand open for my taste, but are my personal taste and maybeyour are diferent! I took the same Cambridge at home and with my Sonus Faber are just lovely and perfect. My suggestion is to test it and see if u like and if not u can still change or give it back for something else..

Avute per qualche mese e permutate senza il minimo rimorso per una coppia di Q Acoustics Concept 500, un altro pianeta!!! Le R7 le ho usate con due amplificazioni diverse, stato solido e valvolare, e in entrambi i casi avevano lo stesso pessimo e stancante medio alto.. un trapano puntato sulle tempie
Okay le R7, ma le vicine sorelle minori, appartenenti alla serie Q, non si possono sentire.
Registrato solo queste purtroppo! La timbrica delle KEF nn mi ha mai convinto cmq, sarebbero da provare con calma a casa..
@@MadAudiofficial Ho ascoltato sia le Q550 che le Q750. Sono delle casse molto lineari, caratterizzate per un suono relativamente pulito ed uniforme. Tuttavia, non sono riuscite a regalarmi emozioni, in quanto povere in gamma bassa ed incapaci di ricreare un'adeguata spazialità sonora.
Medio alto quasi fastidioso a mio parere.
