Never Enough - The Greatest Showman (Piano) | 2 years 4 months learning piano | Musihacks

The Greatest Showman is one of my favorite movies, mainly because of the music. Each and every one of the songs is a true marvel. Never enough is one of those magical songs, in which time stands still. I had been wanting to learn a song from the soundtrack of The Greatest Showman for some time: This is me, Never enough, The greatest show, From now on... they are all so good that it is difficult to decide which one to start with.
My goal learning Never Enough was to continue learning the jumps of the left hand, in this case practicing something very common such as hitting in the low octave and then following with an arpeggio an octave higher. Another difficulty I encountered was that both hands are usually quite far apart for most of the song.
I started learning to play the piano about 2 years and 4 months ago, starting from absolute zero, all thanks to the #musihacks courses and @JaimeAltozano. A thousand thanks to Jaime because as a teacher he is amazing, unbeatable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to play the piano.

Estoy pensando en comprarme un roland, qué tal te parece a ti el tuyo?
Por otro lado, me gustaría preguntarte como haces para grabar el sonido, utilizas alguna interfaz o lo grabas directamente con el teclado?

Yo estoy enamorado de mi Roland FP-10. Calidad-precio es inmejorable. El tacto y peso de las teclas, el sonido, el acabado sencillo con pocos botones, me encanta. Eso sí, conozco algunas personas a las que al cabo de unos años les ha empezado a dar un pequeño ruido en algunas teclas y han tenido que pagar al servicio técnico para engrasar. Aunque imagino que en ese rango de precio pasará con todos.
Sobre la grabación, utilizo Reaper y conecto el teclado al ordenador por bluetooth, grabo el midi por bluetooth y luego pongo un Vst gratuito que se llama "Keyzone classic", que tiene un sonido de Steinway que me gusta bastante. Otra opción sería grabar directamente el sonido de Roland con un cable, que suena precioso, pero no tengo cable y además lo del bluetooth es incluso más cómodo. Un saludo!

Qué pasada, Pablo! Sobre todo cuando entran las octavas y lo empiezas a tocar todo con mucha fuerza y hype. 🤩 Me han entrado ganas para reescuchar el album de The Greatest Showman. Además me encanta el sonido de tu piano, si pudiera elegir de nuevo elegiría este

Muchas gracias Alex, siempre apoyando! Poco a poco aprendo a dejarme llevar. The greatest showman tiene temazo tras temazo. Sobre el sonido... siento decirte que no es el de mi piano 😅, de hecho el de mi piano me gusta más aún 😍! El tema es que si grabo el sonido directamente con la cámara se cuela mucho ruido exterior y no tengo cable tampoco, por lo que grabo en midi por bluetooth y luego lo reproduzco con un vst gratuito de Steinway que se llama "Keyzone classic". Lo dicho, mil gracias por apoyarme siempre, me anima mucho a seguir progresando
