PAY ATTENTION ! ! ! If you re playing in PC like me and you have that bug for the SECOND CUBE PUZZLE, You can fix it without uninstalling it. If you saved the game shortly before you burnt a rope of SUSPENDED CAGE then It made a hole in ROTTEN AREA, load it and DO NO JUMP. This is the MOST IMPORTANT POINT; When you get back the moment before you jump into that hole wait for 30 seconds at least, when you pressed "E "(jump button) when He's on his knees to ready to jump also wait 30 seconds and jump. Hardly ever you jumped down to cube floor also wait for 30 seconds before you move. It worked for me let me know If It also worked for you. I hope It helped you
guys I just found the solution to the problem for those who have the disk version for ps5, you have to delete the game and redownload it and while it downloads the game pause the new update file which would be the last patch, (obviously leave the download of the new update paused even when you start the game and play) 100% guaranteed just succeeded luckily, I hope I was helpful :)
@mu6243 no, you have to delete it and while you redownload it the update should also be in progress, obviously before the update finishes pause it immediately and continue the game from where you stopped (obviously this after downloading the game without the update) I just finished it without updating it.

I thought it only rotated left and right.
I did both puzzles. I made the thing drop and then I was in the room with Pyramid Head but nothing else has happened

Same here, no other door besides the rotten one is available for me, the other 2 appear locked or won’t show that ramp
The door is closed in my game there’s only one door open but nothing I can do there …!
