The Mini 3 doesn’t have obstacle avoidance. I’ve had two other DJI drones and they had OA so I assumed the Mini 3 did too. OA was not mentioned in the product description. I crashed it four times the first time I flew it and after five years flying other drones I’ve never crashed. Great review, thanks
Fantastic video…. I was looking to replace my old drone and this will certainly help. Always a bit surprised when TH-camrs video from their homes… doesn’t take much to pinpoint where they live. I don’t think I would be comfortable doing it…
Drones are fun! I have a Mini without any of the obstacle avoidance or auto follow. Good times just flying around. Neat perspective for photos on camp trips etc.
Great info, had been wondering about an inexpensive drone. Kinda disabled, can't enjoy my outdoor activities, lol! Thought one might be fun, considering all. BTW, loved the shots of the "pond", tho I'm 150 miles NE, lol. Bit different shoreline. Thanx!
Awesome video, Georges!!! It was nice to see almost all levels of DJI's drones.....from the Neo to the Inspire. I started with the Mini 2 but went the other direction with FPV.....and absolutely love it. Keep up the great work!!!
Hey George and Tony. I am a 72 years young photographer of 37 years and have been thinking seriously about getting a DJI drone to capture photos from above and would love to hear your recommendations, given my background or lack thereof. I am a Landscape and Historical Building photographer using the Nikon D850. I have never flown a drone, so add that to the equation. Thank you for your hard work making the video and taking us along. I enjoyed it greatly. I am from upper Michigan originally and enjoyed the views of Lake Michigan. John here, photographing the beauty of the back-roads of Northeastern Tennessee.
Another great MisAdventure video, thanks guys, I would have liked to see an example of the scanning capabilities of the last drone, it sounds awesome..
Nice area you live in George. Well done to you. I'm not a drone guy but love techie toys and found this video a great intro. Also loved your conclusion, the best one is the one you have with you. Just get out there and enjoy the outdoors.
I'd like to see someone fly a course by proxy. One soul wearing the googles and the other drive blindfolded. Let a buddy give directions, then a wife then... the mother-in-law. That should be a misadventure.
Dang! Time to dust off my ancient DJI Spark that I mothballed due to a take-off problem, where it refuses to lift-off, instead bounces up and down across the the floor like a confused idiot. Seems there might be a fix for that now :-)
So I need to practice drone avoidance with tracking systems, carry a net launcher, and I have wondered what intense light sources will do to cameras in these things.. Follow path is for film making stuff. Question for me, does the West shore of Lake Michigan get any lake effect snow? 👽🗿👽🗿👽
I don't own fakes, but I can certainly understand why people would buy fakes, especially now that prices are rising and there are more and more quality issues with authentic bags. When my patience runs out, I will also go to kislux to shop what I like bag.
But George, did you get your part 107? This is also the worst way to describe a visual observer. Good thing Orange Man Bad has been reelected, maybe he will appoint a more forgiving FAA director...
I didn’t know you lost a drone while coming to visit me…. You learn something new about George every video! 😅
I learned a LOT from this video, thanks George!
Damn Geroges, that’s quite the drone collection! Beautiful area where your house is too!
Great subject, I love drone footage !!
AWESOME VIDEO GEORGE...I'D WATCH MORE!!!
I've been debating getting into drones. This helps. Thankee kindly!
How funny you come out with this video! I just ordered a DJI Mini 4k for my first drone ever. I'm excited!
You’ll love it!
Shoulda got the Air 3s.
Oh look....a video right up my alley!!!!
Great video. Thanks for giving us a high level view of some of the drones available. Good to see Georges take the lead on a video, he's a cool dude.
Dropping water balloons? Why does that not surprise me 🤣 . The " explosion " was hilarious

You are correct the Mini 3 doesn't have Obstacle avoidance but the Mini 3 Pro did which got replaced by the mini 4 pro

Informative video boys. I have a Dji mini 3 and according to your video, I have the right drone because it is usually with me. 😊

Now we know who was dropping those water balloons at Trail Hero 😅
Dudes house gives off them Mccallister Home Alone vibes 😂
Stay tuned, Home Alone is close to something
Woah, Georges solo adventure? (and Tony)
The hair is looking great btw

Great job guys!!! We have always wanted to know all about these drones this is a great video, thank you!
Good video, Thanks George
Nice work fellas I thought good drones were too pricy it seems like fun
FABULOUS video guys. I learned a lot. I'm thinking of Neo or mini 4 pro.

Wow...a Matrice as well!!! Very impressive!!!
Now you just need the Jetson One!!!

I would recommend the DJI mini 4k to start but in terms of photo quality the Air 3 is amazing and so is the Mavic 3 Pro.
@@Fixitall-ACE Thank you so much. Sharing your knowledge and expertise is appreciated.
First fully hosted video by George… nice 👍 bout time. 😅
Okay, I feel really stupid right now with all the terms you guys used BUT I have never been into drones.
Great views.
George seems to be a good guy.

I was wondering when the drone guy was going to get his time.
Thanks for all the info George.

lol this.
Keep showing off the toys Georges! So curious to hear what you think about the Yarbo.
The neo is very durable but you can hurt it if it hits hard enough to dislodge the gimble. I did that on the first day.
Excellent video George! For some reason only the dislike button is showing. Really liked it though.
Thank you for keeping it simple minded. Would love to see some speed/racing again!
Well George. Drone information is cool. I am still looking for one to follow me on my dirt bike
Dang! Time to dust off my ancient DJI Spark that I mothballed due to a take-off problem, where it refuses to lift-off, instead bounces up and down across the the floor like a confused idiot. Seems there might be a fix for that now :-)
I thought about getting one, but
I'm not a big technology person.
Pretty cool video!
For 30G I would expect a ninja mode that thing is loud cool but loud
Awesome Review 👌.
Quick question, Is Tony related to Trevor, their voice sounds similar to this old guy:)
Need to build your own...
and fly fpv... you know... really fly in acro ;P
Great "non" review.
It's good to see George porgy pudding pie get out and fly.
Ive got a mini 2 that used to limit everything as I live within a million miles of an airport and some schools or something.
That has to be the most expensive property in Illinois
👍🏽👍🏽
Love the video, although it’s a little clip heavy.
Great info. Can you send info on a 200.00 under please
They all sound like a GIANT mosquito however.
I wouldn't buy a drone with exposed propellers, that's why I'm getting the DJI Neo.
So, this is the East Unit of MAL? Lol...

Ehh. That's more than I ever wanted to know about drones. Where's Tucker and Trevor.
How is this video not entirely shot on drones? Lol
Will the neo follow a car at close distance need a drone to film me rock crawling
Thanks for your reply
Where is TREVOOOOOR

I like all the drone videos that all the TH-camrs do but have no interest in owning one!
But George, did you get your part 107?
This is also the worst way to describe a visual observer.
