Nice house
This house is really just an overpriced Sheetrock queen. Here’s how you build a house to maximize profit; 2x4 framing, not enough AC, cheap sinks, toilets and tubs, trendy hollow core doors, manufactured cabinets made of MDF, composition shingles needing reroofing in about 10 years but looking terrible after 1 year, cheap batt insulation, cheap windows, little to no trim work, no crown moldings, none of the windows are cased out in trim, 1/2 inch Sheetrock mostly nailed, not screwed because the hangers can finish quicker, a super thin post tension slab that will sweat and most if that perdy floor tile will pop up from the slab giving you “hollow tiles”.
But put in granite countertops and over decorate the house and the average buyer will never know what they are buying us an overpriced pos…
