- Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I took the popular cat meme, "Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree, your ornaments are history," and wrote a full lyric to it. My friend, Dean, provided the beautiful vocals for this track and I added some fun Christmas footage from over the years. It kind of turned into a fun story about Shorty being the naughty one and Kodi, the ever Hoozagooboi, wondering what the heck she's doing. Hope you like it.

The song was perfect. The lyrics, singer Dean n the soft jazz were fantastic.! It went well with Shorty knocking the bulbs off the Christmas tree. Kodi the "good boi" watches in the background not wanting to be on Santa's naughty list. The video was entertaining n at the end Shorty had me laughing as she hits a bulb n it falls off the tree n rolls n of course she has to go after it.

Great song 😂👍When I was small our family kitty brought down the entire Christmas tree 🌲 😂❤ As typical cat lovers, instead of being annoyed everyone was proud of her and enjoyed telling other people what she’d done 😂.

First of all, that black cat is just precious, I'll bet he is great to have as a companion. Secondly, tearing up our beautiful Christmas trees is just a "cat thing" and I guess we'll never truly understand lol. Mine takes a beating every year, last year it barely survived and needed all kinds of first aid and CPR just to make it through til Christmas. Smh, I'll never forget the way it looked right before we took it down, lol, it was a miracle that it actually survived. This funny was great, funny and very well put together. Thank you so much for this, I needed a laugh today.

😅🤣 Long ago, l had a rescue cat who didn't bother the ornaments, but he sure loved climbing the tree l tied the tree to a handy doorknob, and hung little bells all around the bottom. When l heard a jingle, l just yelled, TOBY!!!! He knew he was in trouble!!! 🤣 l still miss him. 🎄

This reminds me of our first two cats. Ringo, at the age of eight months, made a leap at the Christmas tree and was so strong that he managed to knock it over. We had to secure the tree with twine tied to the handle of a door.
Our second cat, Twinkle, felt that the decorations on the tree would be put to better use as cat toys. Mum got tired of putting them back on the tree and left them in a bowl for Twinkle to play with.
This is a Christmas gift to us! The song is perfect, and the “actors” play their parts like naturals. I saw it soon after you posted it, and I’m sharing it with my family! I have a 4 month old kitten and her name is Kitty. I usually took great pride in decorating my tree but, after hanging ornaments, they were disappearing. I put my most precious ornaments toward the top and guess who was in the tree watching ???? Miss Kitty Kit Tin. Wonderful video!

And I'm proud of my cats this year. We had an inside tree this year. Usually, I put it out on the balcony outside of their reach. But the losses were minimal: only ONE shattered ornament and ONE shredded garland strand.

Just really love this. The foley work is great--adds without being obtrusive or too ASMR. The singer is smooth with solid phrasing. The lyrics aren't forced. And of course, great cat. It's fabulous all the way around.

Many years ago, I had a cat, Morgan, that destroyed my tree regularly, it was sport to him! Then one day over Christmas I became a bit frantic when I couldn't find him all day. Then, early evening, a bauble fell and I found him, just waking from his slumber, blinking at me from the middle of the tree!! But that also explained why my border collie, Misty, kept barking at the Christmas tree! I should've listened to her!
