You forgot the cleanliness. Kigali is amazingly clean even for western standards. Much cleaner than most US and European capitals. Kigali is at the level of Singapore. Kudos for Rwanda and Africa! 👏👏
To be honest I have to say before I went to Maputo last month & I was there for 3 weeks. I was told it’s not safe & it’s dangerous. Honestly speaking I didn’t feel unsafe in Maputo at all. I & my friends we were going out for a meal almost every day & sometimes for a drink. Sometimes even walking to our apartment late at night & also seeing a lot of people walking around in the city at that time of the night. One thing I was really impressed in Maputo was every street I went I was seeing two police man & women stationed & it looks like they take shifts night and day. Please don’t get me wrong I am not try to compare Kigali & Maputo. And also I’m not say they are No people who get involved in criminality in Maputo not at all. I’m just giving you my own experience I felt while I was there. Before I visited Maputo I stop over in Lusaka Zambia for a week & Johannesburg South Africa for a day honestly speaking I didn’t feel safe walking around at all in those cities specially Johannesburg.
I’ve just witnessed too much, and now that I’m here I’m hearing it’s worst. The people who leave work and school late are the best victims so I empathize with them :) the police officers are usually gone by 10pm. Compared to Jhb, Maputo is paradise of course 😄
The safety is there because the punishment for those who break the law is harsh. If Mozambique still applied its "chamboco", the citizens would be as considerate.

The important is safty to the people in Ruwanda but in uganda is not safe because of bad people are there . Police must work a lot in uganda . They must learn from Ruwandan.

Is not how big or small is what you do with little you have. Been small or big country is not point. How many countries in Africa Are small go and check.
