His anxiety maybe. And he joked about being a nervous wreck inside sometimes but you kinda know he isn't completely joking.
James has dealt with anxiety and depression through the years and has now learned how to deal with it so much better - and deal with the fame. He is now definitely happy, healthy & hot!!
