I don't think we should blame Winneba Hospital alone, we should admit that our society has failed and unfortunately this woman is one of the casualties. The eye witnesses narrative means they see this woman in the wheelchair everyday so if the hospital failed the community shouldn't have failed in this situation.
Were the women admitted in the society or the hospital, God will punish everyone in support of the hospital
