Bro I'm loving your videos, Fouad is a legend, you were in my mom's village miziara where you stopped at that place and asked for directions to the aeroplane house, where those people were sitting when you got directions also makes a mean manoushh, I live in Sydney can't wait to go back, you have done an amazing job covering an amazing country.
The bees as in this video are wasps though ^^° They have a very slim waist, no fur and very visible black and yellow stripes. You can see them if you pause when they land on food. Bees don't go after human food and out of the huge wasp family only very few go after our food as well :)

Fouad, orange & lemon trees do not grow on the mountains, simply bcz they don't survive the freezing winter on such areas.
