    I used relaxers in my hair until I was forty years old. I had never really even seen my hair in it’s natural state! I finally stopped relaxing because my hair was becoming more sparse. My dermatologist told me that it was a hereditary condition and that my only hope would be to wear my hair natural to make it appear fuller, and to try Rogaine for men. I did stop relaxing, but I wasn’t interested in the Rogaine. It seem crazy to me now, ten years later, but I had to learn about my hair. I had to figure out what it wanted and needed, and this channel has helped me more than I can I can even tell you! I’m so grateful for all of your lessons, and I’m impressed by your research. You are an amazing teacher, and you make everything so easy to understand! Thank you so much for all that you do! I honestly could not have learned to care for and really love my hair without your help!

    Steep fresh or dried herb in apple cider vinegar for a great hair rinse.
    I also add marshmallow, rosemary, thyme, alma and honey (humectant). This rinse won't go rancid like a tea rinse would, it keeps for a very long time :)

    • @annaburke6445
      @annaburke6445 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do you dilute the apple cider vinegar

    • @amisoftau2659

      @@annaburke6445 Yes you would (dilute the ACV). I've been using diluted ACV as a body rinse. It's VERY good for the skin. The skin is naturally acidic and all those alkaline soaps and cosmetics are quite damaging to the skin and it's micro-biome. I've also just started drinking oregano tea. Will try it in the ACV body wash. Great video.

    Many thanks for sharing such invaluable information. How does one use oregano for yeast infections?

    I'll start using it and will update you! I've been using betadine antiseptic solution on my scalp for absolutely no reason other than I used it on my face (for acne) I'm too extra so I included my edges & noticed crazy growth so I started using it on my scalp its too harsh for my hair because it dries up so I started using it once a month but not anymore because I'll be using oregano I'm truly grateful for your video ❤

    I’m currently using oregano for its antiviral properties “ I had been diagnosed with Covid . I also suffer from skin fungus Aka seborrheic derm .. I felt like it was starting to help that as well however I had a few coffees since Friday snd I feel that makes me worse so it looks like I’ll be giving up coffee and sticking with oregano tea daily ! Your video was highly knowledgeable I wanna grow my own now

      Growing your own is easy and it would be more potent. Good luck with everything 💚

    Omg, I LOVED this video! I've also got an herb garden going, but just a tiny bit of oregano. I'll try making a small batch of tea. Its too humid for anything to dry properly (I've tried!). Tfs!
