I feel you. Christmas has always been extremely hard and depressing for me, coming from an extremely toxic "family." The older I get, the less I feel like even attempting anything "special" for it. After all, I have no one to share it with. I do, however, dress as an elf every year, but that's about it. 😂

Turkey with a mixture(or smashing together of however you want to do it)of Stuffing,Mashed Potatoes,Green beans casserole(with Bacon for ultimate flavor) and a bit of gravy. Also on each bun or whatever kinda of bread you use put Jalapenos mixed in with cranberry Jam.
