She's just a rookie but her calm demeanor when setting the ball was really unprecedented and peculiar to her. And Jia knows exactly what to do. She knows exactly what she is doing. Every set was on-point. She's really an excellent setter and considered one of the best in her generation.

The best year for the ALE, arguably, was Season 77. 16-0 season. Best Setter, Best Libero, Best Scorer, Best Server, Season and Finals MVP plus 2 towering rookie Middle Blockers (BDL and Maddie) and a powerful rookie Open Hitter (Maraguinot) .
I remember watching her first game na she's too good for a rookie. Yung skill-level nya was more than of a rookie talaga and she wasn't even a blue chip recruit. Big thanks to coach roger talaga for taking her to ateneo and of course coach tai for developing her to what she is now.
