This is great content. Thank You. In my opinion, sulphonylureas eventually burn the beta cells and should rarely be prescribed. In general, SGLT2i and Metformin are well tolerated by patients; however, we have no information about long-term safety of SGLT2i's. I wondered why eating plant-based nutritional (moderate-carb) foods and a modest weight loss goal wasn't recommended for someone with mild HBA1C. Have worked very well for me and I use a CGM. My HBA1C dropped from 7.2 to 5.4 and I am keeping it within range Just a thought
Any research on zero carb with or without SGLT2 INHIBITOR?
What is the effect of low carb in combination with SGLT2 INHIBITOR
What is the effect of carnivore diet with SGLT2 Inhibitor?

Carnivore zero carb may be better than plant based. My HBA1C dropped from 10.2 to 5.2% in 3 months
