Dr. Naseema Gangat and Dr. Ayalew Tefferi are both Professor of medicine and hematologists at the Department of Medicine of the Mayo Clinic Rochester. Their major focus of clinical and academic work are myeloproliferative neoplasms, myelodysplastic syndromes and acute leukemia, where they have written more than 200 joint publications in the last decade.
