Thanks for this I will try this. I have an old neck injury and some back issues and Fibromyalgia. This is the only exercise (except walking) I can manage as top part is not as active, well for me it wont be, the shoulder shimmy stirs my neck up so will leave that out.
Thanks @Kiwigal for taking our classes. Bellydance is a great way to exercise, in fact, you could get great health if you dance at least one hour per day. I share with you some similar classes to practice and to improve the way you feel and look!

Belly dance is the Western name for Raqs Sharki, commonly known as Oriental, Arabic or Middle East dance; it's one of the oldest style of dancing. It involves undulations of the belly, rapid gyration of the hips and complex torso movements. I teach the basic step of bellydance here in our StepFlix channel.
