1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Zest of 1 lemon.
500 ml (17.6 fl oz) milk.
25g corn starch.
80g (2.8oz) white chocolate.
Juice of 1 lemon.
This makes 50 ml (1.76 fl oz) lemon juice.
70 g (2.46 oz) condensed milk.
100 g (3.5 oz) ricotta cheese.
200 ml (7 fl oz) whipping cream.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Garnish with lemon zest.
