This is the brace I've been leaning towards for my 25. I've heard/seen too many Steeda braces with bolts popping off and not a word from Steeda addressing the issue or explaining what's happening. The Steeda may be "stiffer" but that force has to be transferred somewhere, and I don't want it transferring to my other diff bolt either. The AWR has a pivot point and I feel a lot better about that force moving about the pivot even though it's probably not as stiff as the Steeda. No point in running the Steeda if when you need it the most, that's when the bolts securing it to the subframe are flying off. Wut?.......
Cool video dude, do you have any on installing an oil catch can for the explorer? I’m getting a 2025 next month because my family got a bit bigger and my focus fit my family anymore and I’d like it to be one of my 1 upgrades done to it, to keep that motor running strong. Thanks loving the content on the explorer. Keep it up
The explorers with the single bolt rear end which is half of the 2021s and up to 2025 have them. And this helps support the diff from breaking that one bolt.
Better is subjective, these braces have had no issues where as others have either had failures or hardware issue. For the price you can’t best this brace.
Great video - keep them coming!
Thank you 🙏

They have addressed the issue apparently from what I’ve seen. But I agree the awr is plenty for what you need without being overboard 😁

I don’t have one for 2025 but I have one that I did on my 2022 it’ll be the same for install on the j&l catch can
What would be cool is a dual diff brace ;)
That would be pretty cool huh 😅
@@HoustonSpeedFreaks 😁😁😁
Why is that thing important ?
The explorers with the single bolt rear end which is half of the 2021s and up to 2025 have them. And this helps support the diff from breaking that one bolt.
Would you run this brace over the steeda for a single bolt diff?
Yes sir I run it on my personal explorer and have had no issues out of it. With well over 100 track passes
I have a 2020 St with the 2 bolt diff, Does this need a diff brace?
No what I would recommend is the JXB inserts for you and upgraded 12.9 bolts since you have the two bolt 😁
This is better than steeda ??
