I think the one we got from Super7 Filmation He-Man might be the best one but for the prices that those figures are going for, just can't afford getting one. These are at least more budget friendly and easier to come by
I ain't found SQUAT. All of my Wal-Marts and Targets are still chock full of Jitsu and naked Stratos. I found a single Mouse Jaw a couple of weeks ago at Target, but that's it.
Whereabouts are you located? I know here in Canada the selection is terrible. The most recent figure that I found in the wild that's new'ish was the New Adventures of He-Man Slush Head, for some reason the stores here refuse to stock any new MOTU figures
@@TheReviewSpot it's in the audio description of the figure. Watch the video. Instead of saying Mattel at first you say Hasbro. Then later on you say Mattel. 🤫
The Power Sword should have been slightly thinner and that might have made the sheath not stick out as much. They could have also put the sheath a bit to the side vs in the middle.
Found trap jaw in the wild, was very impressed, first time in long time, especially since I never got the original trap jaw origins version, but the cartoon version is better so I'm happy 😊
Awesome looking fig, Spot. The body design, especially the legs and shoulders, is an upgrade from the standard Origins. The Sword of Ancients and Sheath is a plus. 👍
Do you think it bothers you at all Rob that the Cartoon series and the Origins are the same size or would you really put them in separate displays anyways?
@@TheReviewSpot truth be told I don’t really have any MOTU figures. I liked it a lot as a kid but never had a lot of the figures. If I could get He-Man, Skeletor, and a few others I’d be happy.
@@TheReviewSpot my selection is pretty poor. Both Walmart and Target. Both places never seem to get many new items or the ones they do are store exclusives and that’s basically all their section is. This goes for multiple lines. Never find much for DC Multiverse figures either.
I did just get Skeletor and Man At Arms for 10$ each at Target earlier today and I hope to find He-Man and Beastman asap. I saw She-Ra but I already have her
Filmation He-Man's skin tone is much darker than this, but they kept it almost the same as the original Origins He-Man, so you could swap body parts with the same skin tone.
Thats what I was thinking too, especially with making all the ball pegs the same they left it to people who wanted to customize their figures having similarly coloured plastic
I think these new cartoon figures are perfect. Your right. The sheeth needs to be raised higher. Are there DC universe figures in scale with these cartoon masters figures?
unfortunately no, Id say the Masterverse figures are more in scale with the DC Multiverse figures, why did you want to display them together on your shelf?
1. I wonder if the mix and match idea was truly something that Mattel had in mind from the beginning or it was just something that buyers/collectors always did and now they make it as a feature. 2. A total waste of paper. They should just include that as part of the instructions in the back of the package.
Thanks. But what I mean is that if this was something that either kids did by themselves in the 80s or something that collectors did eventually with those 80s figures and Mattel with Origins decided to make it a thing with Origins.@@tatt4music
hmmm I'm not sure come to think of it, I looked at mine after reading your comment and I can't really tell if the feet are on the wrong side or not. Do you have any of these figures where they put them on the wrong side?
@@TheReviewSpot actually no I don't have any from this line. I thought since they can be switched out that maybe they were put on incorrectly at the factory. Ive ordered mine from Entertainment Earth but they pushed back the ship date as September 2024, so I'm just waiting it out now for when they get their stock. Thanks for coming by and checking out the video!

you'd rather someone else buy the toys for you? Hey I'm good with that, might help my wallet out :)
I’m tracking Down He Man at the moment, I currently own Skeletor and Man at Arms, so He Man is a must. Awesome review, man!
I'm definitely gonna pick a few up from this line. Used to watch the classic cartoon and have the toys in my childhood.
I'm really liking this line so far, I just wish the figures were easier to find, have you had luck seeing these at your local stores?
@TheReviewSpot I'm from the UK, so it'll be even harder to find them. I have to order online.
Ja Ja you gave Hasbro the credit for this He Man. 😮😂
I gave Hasbro credit?

Yeah these look pretty decent huh? did you watch the original Masters of the Universe cartoon when you were younger?
Finally legs have definition!! I didn't like origins for this problem. Cartoon yes, I will buy it!!
I Like The Cartoon He Man. I Like Your Figure Videos. I Like You.
Is it possible to remove the sheath or is it molded on
