- This was my very first overgrown property I did on TH-cam. I was surprised to see that it grew even taller since I last mowed it. The property owner was keeping up with lawn after I cut it last year but it seems as though that has stopped. I still do not know who own this property and how do it continue to get this bad but I went head and mowed it again. There were tons of trash, broken beer bottles and cement blocks to be collected before I could even begin to mow. I noticed a few squatters sleeping on this property and it seems to be increasing nowadays. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to tame this beast and the owners will now sell this property or stay on top of the maintenance.

Bad sidewalks are awful. I had to redo my brother's sidewalk when his home was in sold in 2022. And it was the huge old trees that did the damage. Crazy. He passed away and I was in charge of things 😪 😔 😢 💔

People are so inconsiderate. Throwing their trash out into the tall grass. That is another reason the city/whomever should keep the grass cut. Helps eliminate the want or need to throw trash out of a car window or when walking. Not to mention the damage it does to your equipment.

There was a bunch of glass I noticed in the grass. I didn’t want to catch a flat tire on the grandstand so I switched to the push mower instead
