The houses like Sobhas are cramped into a space. You will notice in Prestige Project in Electronic City, huge high voltage lines running through the project. Look up net to know the dangers of being in proximity to them. The lakeview whitefield project was adjacent to a graveyard and the latest has an active graveyard bang in the middle of the project.

They don’t know what is the meaning of luxury huh ask them to visit prestige once they will get to know if it is more than 1 crore total waste of cost !! We are not staying in prestige but our apartment tiles are far better than this !!

Thank you . Yes they did, we can definitely highlight to the Sobha team , in case of any comment / concern . The doors provided are not of plastic , they are wooden doors only, with lamination on the top to protect / increase their longitivtiy .

The major issue with apartments in Bengaluru is you won’t get proper views here irrespective of paying crores to the builders

Sobha apartment quality is very bad, looking at the video, we get much better quality of raw materails by selected local builders.
Very strange.. Tiles and doors aren't upto Sobha's standard. Why would they do it !? Do you see quality deviation from sample flat ?
Minor changes in tiles, doors and bathroom fittings are same as in sample flats .Tiles changes according to floor size I guess.
