Tiles labour charge is not more than 30-40 Rs at max. In small cities its even 20 Rs Sq ft. Rest is contractors margin. Contractor charged u hefty. Interior design firm easily took margin of 25K to 30K for each wardobe.

@vidyamadamanchi7091 but a basic 3 inch gypsum sheet can be put as false ceiling underneath which wires can be hidden and these rafters put across like in traditional south indian homes

Why did u put the fans and lights on the rafter??
So that the wiring hides inside it and you don’t have to bore the ceiling to conceal the wiring.
