As good as he was I put Fury ahead of Lewis for one main reason: Fury, with his feinting and movement and reflexes, effectively kills off his opponent's jabs and other punches. Lewis would throw half the punches that he's used to and connect with even less. Fury has the best defence I've seen in donkey's years.
I also think that Fury's brain is wired differently, his equilibrium should have been shot after that knockdown in round 9 with that rabbit punch but he got up without a wobble. Same in round 12 when he rose from the dead.
I think he's going to retire unbeaten and unify and defend those titles unless he goes loopy again and beats himself.
And we haven't seen the best of Fury yet imo, he's going to get better! 😲

Lewis beat Holyfield, Tyson, Mercer, Morrison, Galota, Klitschko, Tua, Bruno, Ruddock and more. The nineties was a massively stacked heavyweight division and Lewis pretty much cleaned it out. Didn't fight Bowe because Bowe was too scared. Didn't fight Foreman but I'm sure he'd have won that one. He avenged both his losses in pretty swift fashion. His resume is probably only bettered by Mohammed Ali in terms of the guys he beat. In contrast Tyson doesn't have any truly great victories on his resume and people say he was the better fighter.
