For me, up until now, it has always worked to get the tire seated with a regular track pump (it worked on both MTB and road tires), just need to pump a bit faster. The trick is to seat the tire first without the sealant, then remove the valve core and put the sealant in through the valve, it’s also a lot less messy.
I had the issue with the drinking system of my speedmax Frodissimo Edition that during drinking from the straw, the rubber hose comes off the sachet. I now used cable ties to attach the rubber hose to the sachet. Hope is does not come off on sunday...
You might want to be careful with the 3D printed piece under your extensions - I think it would be classed as a fairing which is prohibited by Ironman. If you were found out it leads to DSQ. Check section 5.03 (b).

Of the sodium brand you use Matti, how much of it is chloride and how much natrium? Or 1000mg of natrium during an hour in race?
