Amazing video! I've always preferred the Brown Sylvania 6sn7, which I use in my amplifier now, I never tried Tungsol though!
Can one visually tell a GT from a GTA/B?
@@DG-rc6rr in some cases yes and some no. And because the Gm (mutual conductance) is in the same range, testing doesn't help. Luckily most of the time the label is intact (look carefully on the top as well).
Not a one Tung-Sol show is 322 manufacture so they are after 1960 not old tubes. I own 3225904 real Tung-Sol tubes NOS 6550.
