Cool little car, fender wells look a bit chunky. I would taper them to make more room for the engine. Love to find a kit myself. First car I drove... MG.
That’s a very ambitious build Shawn. I’m surprised that you were able to find the parts needed to cast them up. I’ll be watching this one bud.

1/32 !!!!!! I don't think I would have a chance with that. As I mentioned once before I am 6'7" tall and I got Meat Slabs for Hands.. lmao. I have a hard enough time with 1/10th .. lmao Fantastic work on it brother. Still. It is SOOO friggin small. Great work brother

Very impressed with your skills! I have a 1960 Bugeye. They were the ancestors of your Midget MK 1’s or the boxy AH MKII’s. They have a great history and story behind their conception and production.
I love them and I want a bugeye for sure!

Hahahahaha, you and Mike are building foreign cars, that’s alright, it’s not that I don’t like foreign cars, it’s just I’ like “Merican” better ( lol) . But I like seeing you other fellas building them, now I do like the older foreign cars, like that one, especially German and British cars, I dig em’! I’m diggin yourn so far, I like it! Hey a buddy of mine way back up in Ohio he loved the old MG’s and Triumphs, I bet he had a half dozen of each and everyone of them ran too! Yeah I got to try and build some 1/32 scale sometime, I’ve got a couple of Hispano-Suiza engines that are 1/32 that I’d like to make some ratrods with. Your intention to the detail with all the lines and stuff is bloody awesome, I also really enjoy the fact that you cast your own parts. Since your cars are basically the same thing, you should paint it like one of yours.

Hi Doug, great scratch building. I have this kit in my stash and I would like to cast an engine and battery for it. Can you tell me how I can cast this engine (Austin A- series 14)? Thank you. 😊🙏
You'll have to TH-cam how to resin cast but it's not that hard
@@thescalemodelcarguychannel8681 Thanks for your reply. However, I would like to know how did you get a master for the casting. I supposed you used the model of another engine for the master.
@Fook Y Loh if I remember I think that I resin cast the engine from the triumph herald and the su carburetors from the airfix MGB and just modified everything to somewhat look like the Healey engine, but it's so small you just have to make it look close enough! Lol
