Cool little car, fender wells look a bit chunky. I would taper them to make more room for the engine. Love to find a kit myself. First car I drove... MG.
We watch mac which is much worse then watching golf so your safe Shawn plus we like you unlike mac lol good update I’ll be watching what you do for cuzin Dougie

Frog eyed sprite! very cool and looks like you have some great plans for her. for some reason owners in the UK often put a tape cross on the headlights not sure why, but iy looked cool. looking forward to your progress Shawn. 👍🏻
Very impressed with your skills! I have a 1960 Bugeye. They were the ancestors of your Midget MK 1’s or the boxy AH MKII’s. They have a great history and story behind their conception and production.
Very cool build Shaun! Doug's gonna like it, I am gonna eventually start building that HEMTT for the Doug Hensley build. I have a few others to get for an appreciation build. Keep up the great work.
A 1/32nd scale damn I feel bad for your eyes, but good luck with all of it can't believe it also has a engine but its a pretty cool build for him. Im ready for the buddy build I have the kit picked out and everything
Hahahahaha, you and Mike are building foreign cars, that’s alright, it’s not that I don’t like foreign cars, it’s just I’ like “Merican” better ( lol) . But I like seeing you other fellas building them, now I do like the older foreign cars, like that one, especially German and British cars, I dig em’! I’m diggin yourn so far, I like it! Hey a buddy of mine way back up in Ohio he loved the old MG’s and Triumphs, I bet he had a half dozen of each and everyone of them ran too! Yeah I got to try and build some 1/32 scale sometime, I’ve got a couple of Hispano-Suiza engines that are 1/32 that I’d like to make some ratrods with. Anyways, I Preciatecha my brother, my Home Squatch Skynyrd Skillet brother! Hahahahaha! 👍👍🤘✌🏻

A nice little car, this Austin Healey. The parts look good and even small cars can make a big impression and bring much fun too. Wish you much success with this kit, Shawn. Greetings, Joachim
Your intention to the detail with all the lines and stuff is bloody awesome, I also really enjoy the fact that you cast your own parts. Since your cars are basically the same thing, you should paint it like one of yours.
A lot of scratch building and imagination required for this one, kind of like myself. You'll end up being a scratch builder like me!! Great work brother! 🚖👍
Hi Doug, great scratch building. I have this kit in my stash and I would like to cast an engine and battery for it. Can you tell me how I can cast this engine (Austin A- series 14)? Thank you. 😊🙏
@@thescalemodelcarguychannel8681 Thanks for your reply. However, I would like to know how did you get a master for the casting. I supposed you used the model of another engine for the master.
@Fook Y Loh if I remember I think that I resin cast the engine from the triumph herald and the su carburetors from the airfix MGB and just modified everything to somewhat look like the Healey engine, but it's so small you just have to make it look close enough! Lol
